Portable 3-in-1 IGBT Inverter Welder with Accessories for Beginners

Adopted the TRUE COLOR design, this solar powered auto darkening welding helmet (VIEWING SIZE: 3.66"x1.69") can reduce the lime green tint and protect your eyes from injury while welding. You can freely adjust the SHADE, SENSITIVITY and DELAY CONTROL according to different kinds of welding modes. Additionally, a replaceable lithium BATTERY is included, and the helmet is equipped with solar panel technology to allow for charging while welding.

The installation of this adjustable headband requires only several minutes. Please install based on the following steps (and you can also learn from the video): 1. Insert the PLASTIC SCREW (Part 17) through the hole of HEADBAND (Part 9) and put the ANGLE SET NUT (Part 16) on it (Note: the raised edge should be backward); 2. Put the ANGLE SET PLATE 2 (Part 15) on the ANGLE SET NUT (Note: the raised part should be upward); 3. Put the ANGLE SET PLATE 1 (Part 14) on the ANGLE SET PLATE 2 (Note: the plate 1 can be adjusted); 4. Attach the HEADBAND (Part 9) to the HELMET SHELL (Part 8) and notice the square part should be stuck in the slot; 5. Put the CHECK NUT (Part 13) on and tighten the PLASTIC NUT (Part 12) (Notice not to tighten too tightly).

For MIG welding, install the MIG control switch into sockets. Connect the MIG gun cable to the (-) terminal of the welder and the work clamp to the (+) terminal. Do not over-tighten. Set the work indicator to MIG mode and select the corresponding wire size.

For TIG welding, the TIG torch is connected to the negative (-) terminal of the welding machine. (TIG Torch and TIG Torch Adapter are not included in the package.) The work clamp is connected to the positive terminal (+). Finally, the gas hose is connected to the gas regulator on the gas cylinder to be used. This is usually used for welding materials such as steel and stainless steel. Set the work indicator to TIG mode.

For MMA welding, the DC (+) connection is as follows: Connect the electrode cable to the (+) terminal. Do not overtighten the keyway by turning it clockwise. Connect the work clamp to the (-) terminal. Plug in the connector with the key cable. Set the work indicator to MMA mode.

For DC (-) welding, switch the connections above so that the electrode cable is connected to (-) and the work clamp is connected to (+). Note: Both wiring methods can be used.
