The Weldpro MIG200GDsv Multi-Process Welder is designed to make welding technology accessible to everyone. This 3-in-1 multi-process dual-voltage synergic welder is suitable for hardware, decoration, car modification, equipment, and factory maintenance applications. Powered by IGBT inverter technology, the compact and lightweight (30 lbs) unit is capable of performing MIG, Lift TIG, and Stick welding at a maximum output of 200 amps.

With a package weight of 55.3 lbs and dimensions of 25.2 × 12.8 × 24.2 inches, the Weldpro MIG200GDsv offers versatile welding capabilities. Under 115V input, the machine delivers 40-120A for MIG, 40-120A for MMA (Stick), and 15-120A for TIG. When connected to 220V power, the output current ranges from 40-200A for MIG, 40-200A for MMA, and 15-200A for TIG. The duty cycle at 220V input is 30% at 200A and 100% at 110A.

The unit's Dual Digital display allows for easy and precise setting of amperage and wire speed, ensuring repeatable welds consistently. It features 2T/4T modes, spool gun capability, and advanced DC Lift TIG features, making it a versatile multi-process welder capable of handling a wide range of welding tasks, including aluminum welding with the optional spool gun in MIG mode.

For TIG welding, it supports tungsten needle diameters of 0.063 and 0.094, with a material thickness range of 25 gauge to 1/4 inch. For Stick welding, the machine can handle electrodes from 0.063 to 0.157 inches, suitable for welding thicknesses from 14 gauge to 0.315 inches.

Additionally, the welder features VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) for high-temperature and overload protection, with indicators to alert the user. It also offers user-adjustable inductance settings for improved weld quality.
