The Welder is a POWERFUL 7-IN-1 TIG WELDER AC/DC, capable of welding with various methods, including TIG AC Square, TIG AC Triangular, TIG AC Pulse Square, TIG AC Pulse Triangular, TIG DC Pulse, TIG DC, and STICK. The AC TIG is particularly useful for finesse welding of aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, and other non-ferrous metals, while the DC TIG provides the low-temperature control needed for precise welding of steel, stainarious steel, carbon steel, and copper. The Stick mode also saves costs on shielding gas, making it suitable for fencing and equipment repairs.

The Welder features a PATENTED DASH-ARC TECHNOLOGY, which improves the arc striking speed from 200ms to 40ms and has a 99.99% arc striking success rate. This technology enhances welding efficiency and produces better welding results. The digital constant current regulation technology ensures low noise and high-stable arc quality across the full specification.

The AC/DC TIG welder is equipped with PULSE & SQUARE & TRIANGULAR WAVEFORM functions. The pulse function prevents the burning of materials and minimizes material distortion from excessive heat input, while the triangular wave reduces the heat input effectively, making it ideal for thin metal welding. The square wave can quickly switch the polarity, providing a dynamic arc for a stable weld pool and a strong ability to clean aluminum oxide film, enabling more precise welding on aluminum or aluminum alloy.

The Welder features a DIGITAL WELDING PARAMETER SET, with an MCU digital control system that ensures reliability and stability. Parameters such as Pre-flow, Initial current, Up-slope, Peak current, Base current, Down-slope, Crater current, Post-flow, Pulse duty, AC frequency, AC balance, and Pulse frequency are easily adjustable. Additionally, it offers 2T/4T/Spot welding TIG torch control and foot pedal remote control (not included) methods, further improving the welding performance.

The Welder boasts a LARGE LED DISPLAY & COMPACT design. The user-friendly and simple interface allows operators to set it easily and efficiently, with data and dynamic output current displayed immediately. The Spike withstanding IGBT technology saves space and weight, making the Welder only 12 kg (26.5 lb), eliminating the need for heavy carrying.
