From the brand AHP Welding Systems, the AHP AlphaTIG 203Xi is a 200 Amp IGBT AC DC Tig/Stick Welder with PULSE that delivers pro-level features in an economical package. This powerful welder features digital control board technology coupled to a large, high-visibility LCD color display, offering users advanced functionality and easy-to-use controls.

One of the key features of the AHP AlphaTIG 203Xi is its fully adjustable AC frequency and AC balance settings, which improve penetration, tungsten life, arc cone, and etching width. It also has a pulse function in both AC and DC modes, allowing users to minimize warping from heat distortion and control puddle width and melt-through.

The welder is capable of handling most welding applications, including TIG and Stick welding on AC/DC. It can weld up to 1/4" aluminum and 3/8" mild steel, and is compatible with 110/220 volts. The unit is also capable of welding with 7018 and 6013 electrodes.

Designed with advanced inverter technology using PULSE Width Modulation (PWM) and IGBT technology, the AHP AlphaTIG 203Xi provides high-quality TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, or regular steel, as well as precise welding of thinner-gauge materials. It also comes with a 250A Stick electrode holder with a 9-foot cable, a 6-foot work clamp, a Nova foot pedal with a 25-foot cord, a floating ball type billet brass argon regulator, and a 240V to 120V plug adapter. A basic consumable kit (excluding tungsten) is also included.
